Life offers many demands, whether it be juggling work, school, kids, family and friends or keeping your priorities straight. It can be exhausting!
At the end of the day, there just doesn't seem to be enough time to do it all! Sometimes, it's all we can do to just make it through the day, turn off the phone and soak in a hot tub.
It needn't be that way!
Centering/Clearing/Having/Envisioning. This is the process. And, you can do it throughout the day!
We center (our space), clear (our space), have (our space) and envision (our Life). In this series, simple yet effective energy management tools and techniques are shared that assist both the beginner and those with an established meditation practice.
The beginner will learn to reclaim their attention so that they might focus it to create the Life of their dreams. Those who have a meditation practice will gain focus and an understanding of the energy mechanics of the Inner World.
This basic 5 week series will introduce energy tools and playful tutorials to demonstrate how they work. The tools can be used to enhance your meditation practice AND to help you manage your energy throughout the day.
It's not that you don't have enough time. It's that you don't have enough space!
$101 for the series if paid by the 2nd session.

The goal of this 6 month intensive program is to provide spiritual instruction so the student may learn to use their spiritual abilities to manage and direct the health, happiness, welfare and the freedom of the being in the body.

In this signature class for all levels, you will be led out of the ceaseless chatter of inner thoughts and toward the present moment with this trained Still Instructor-led meditation session. With a little guidance on the fundamentals we think you will be amazed at how just 30 minutes can transform the quality of your day.

We exist so that our community can have a place to be still. Bring your friends, a loved one, or someone you just met to this free, 30 minute meditation class, appropriate for all levels.

Intuitive Readings
In a reading, we look at 2 questions; "Where have you been?" and "Where are you going?" We do this through a systematic reading approach.
First, looking at you in a symbol of a rose, which gives a pretty solid overview of what you're up to. Then, we read your aura, sharing what we see is happening in various aspects of your life.
This is followed by a Question and Answer period, referring back to the reading so far, or going deeper into what was discussed already.
$150 per reading. Each reading usually takes 60-90 minutes.
Mentoring
Are you looking to take your next step in meditation, reading or teaching? We offer one-on-one mentoring for those who want to expand their awareness, deepen their practice and/or stand in their certainty.
Each mentoring package is custom-tailored to the specific desires of the student. This can be one session, or a series, depending on what is involved.
Sessions start at $100 each and we do offer a "group discount" for multiple sessions.
